My philosophy of power is simple: power is a trust, not a trophy. It exists to serve the people, not to subdue them.
I do not believe that power should be sought through coercion, intimidation, manipulation, or thuggery. Power acquired by such means corrupts the conscience, intoxicates its holder with arrogance, and creates the illusion of invincibility. Yet every tenure has an end, and when such power departs, it often leaves behind humiliation, resentment, and a legacy of regrets.
